OGS-az provides oil and gas products in the local Azerbaijan market and to export customers via its partners in Azerbaijan and UAE. We serve as a reliable intermediary for our international buyers working directly with refineries in GCC region to provide legitimate commodities of high quality at most competitive prices. Timelines, volumes and terms are negotiated based on the exact requirements of the buyer.

Process
- Letter of Intent submitted by the potential buyer (Read below the requirements on the LoI)
- OGS reviews the intention and buyer’s details and will revert back with an SCO from the seller.
- Buyer reviews SCO and issues ICPO with Proof of funds* to the seller’s name
Footnote: *Proof of funds may be required in the earlier step before issuing SCO if credentials of the buyer are not sufficient to prove their intention and capacity to purchase the requested commodity.

LoI is the very first and definitive step in our process of building trustworthy relationship with our clients. Please, read and follow the requirements. LoI that fails to fulfill these criteria and e-mails sent from non-company domains will be dismissed with no reply.
Letter of Intent must be submitted in PDF format on a company letterhead and must include the below details:
- Intention of the buyer to acquire commodity:
- Product(s) of interest, origin preferences
- Volumes, batches and duration of the purchase agreement,
- Target price in relation to Platts or absolute price,
- Incoterms (CIF/FOB), port of delivery.
- Buyer’s credentials:
- Company legal name, registration/VAT number,
- Legal address and contact number of the company
- Name and address of the serving bank
- Full name, title, e-mail and contact number of the company representative
